Re: 5 page letter
dated 5/10/12 from Jill and the BOD. The sentence structure, syntax, spelling
and grammar was good. The content is not good! Over 1600 words! That’s a lot of
words in a letter to Shareholders who are insulted and disrespected by your
words. I reread it to try to understand.
Much of it (seems to me) was
gobbledygook, silly accusations, ‘non sequitur’ statements, allegations and
recapping mistakes by previous BODs. You spent Shareholder
money to explain your personal philosophies?
The letter (diatribe)
posted behind glass is more bizarre.
Are Marc and
Ellen also responsible for the murder of Teyvon Martin and starvation in
Somalia and Sudan?
If you wanted to
generate more animosity, anger and hatred, you are succeeding. Ask you fellow
Shareholders.
Why does Jill and the
BOD do this? HATE? ANGER? THREATS? ????
Nobody likes this stuff.
To: BOD and Jill:
Please stop using our money for mailings that insult us. Please stop using our
money to resolve personal disputes and punish Shareholders.
Disrespect:
(M-W) contempt, insult, offend,
dishonor, … go to
We (Shareholders) want
to know. We don’t get information we request, are told they (Jill, BOD) will
give info when they decide to, “none of you business”, are called names
(cowards, liars, disgusting, etc.) and treated with gross disrespect, contempt,
etc.
STOP!
Why do they treat us
with contempt/disrespect? This is a very bad thing!
Q: Why does it
happen? A: Because we let it happen!
Q: What can you/we
do? A: Speak out and act out (legally).
Confront every member
of the BOD. Their silence evidences they are all responsible.
Repeat: “Evil
succeeds when good people are silent. Therefore, people who are silent in the
face of evil are evil.”
Are you threatened
because of speaking out? Voicing you opinion, blog, posting comments?

This blog is open to
ALL Shareholders to comment and/or ask questions.
Biggest action any shareholder can take is to vote this BOD out. That's all that needs to be said. There are more than enough complaints detailed throughout this blog about things that are both professional and non-professional. People fight wars for the right to vote. Exercise your right! June 19,2012.

Is the BOD planning on canceling the Annual Meeting when it realizes how badly it is going to lose the election?
The most troubling part of the 5 page diatribe we all paid for is that it is Factually Wrong. For starters, in an election the person who does not win the election is not the runner-up, they are the loser. Losers are not Elected by the electorate when they are appointed to their position.
ReplyDeleteSecond, according to one of the "appointees" they told me that they were the first-runner-up, not Alicia Spiegel. They were angry that they were passed over when Jill appointed Alicia. I wonder what the truth is. Did Jill not use her own distorted method of election rules when she appointed Alicia initially?
Proof the BOD is ignorant, stupid or corrupt (or all three): claim that a real estate agent working in the Valerie Arms is is earning money that the Coop would be entitled to. Does the Coop have a reasl esate license? Does the BOD mean that Maggie from Atlanta is going to take the NY real estate agent exam and that she is entitled to the money? Does Jill Schachter plan on quitting her job at Macy's, so that she can sell real estate and give all of her commissions to the coop?

BOD has reason to be very afraid: Brian Pascale and Marc Ullman are lawyers -- they will know how to recover what Jill Schachter, Alicia Speigel, Barry Nelson, Fran Rothkin and Maggie from Atlanta have coast us on their personal vendettas and warped priorities.
To Treasurer Speigel: WHERE ARE OUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS???????????

The By Laws say that you were supposed to deliver the financial statements before the end of March. YOU ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR FIDUCIARY DUTIES TO THE SHAREHOLDERS? WHERE ARE THEY? WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?
To President Schachter: Don't tell me or any other shareholder that it is none of my business. IT IS MY BUSINESS.

ReplyDeleteJill and this Bod have got to go! I have no idea how this BOd and Jill think that 2 appointed people on the CURRENT BOD WON AN ELECTION. They must be really ignorant. LETS FACE IT TELL IT LIKE IT IS PLAIN AND SIMPLE! "THEY LOST" . On the other hand I can't figure out how they can say that a real estate agent could have possibly made "profits" and lost income to the Corporation. We are dealing with Jill and a Bod who are just stupid!!!!

Jill Schachter is a multi-talented woman. She's a Martha Stewart clone, baking cupcakes & decorating bulletin boards; her boss at Macy's must love her leftover cupcakes Monday mornings from VA parties, & her vounteering to perk-up the employee's lunchroom with her construction paper abilities. Then there's always Master Puppeteer. Jill you should really take your dummies, Alicia, Fran & Maggie to an audition on America's Got Talent. Problem is: SHE HAS ZERO TALENT RUNNING A BUSINESS. We have lawyers & business owners, with credibility and integrity to run for BOD. Cast your vote wisely my friends. If the current BOD remains in place....well I shudder to think of the consequences.
