More on Proxy…
The proxy and solicitation we received from Jill/BOD is outrageous. To me/us it reflects total disrespect, disregard and hatred. It reminds me of the HATE cult. Why hate us?

I keep repeating, I am not a lawyer. Go to the ACLU website.
You will find information, etc. about our rights of free speech. To the best of my knowledge, you/we have the right to speak, write, post, picket, protest, etc. anything, anyway and anywhere you/we want, including posting a blog or comments on the Internet (with certain limits).  See and/or contact the ACLU for further guidelines and info. 

If any member of the BOD or Management or Employee threatens you with ‘legal’ or ‘police’ actions, carefully write and report the threats/comments. Have any of you been threatened in any way?

Our blog is a public forum. Comments share good ideas, bring new information, provide insights and focus our attention. Good for you! And thanks.

I am an outside shareholder I have a question for Maggie Warford,I recieved your letter that says that you will create and run a corporate website for the Valerie Arms. to my knowledge most Management companys create, manage and maintain these websites for their clients. What kind of Management Company did you hire? I know IT IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS but why won't you tell us who it is? I am starting to be afraid that you geniuses re-hired Vision Management. What is the matter with you people.

  1. There is going to be a red carpet at the June 19th meeting. The new management company and forensic accountant will be showcased there, along with copies of the legal bills for the Vestrich lawsuit, and answers to the 17 page letter....ALL BEHIND BULLET PROOF GLASS on purple velvet lining, guarded by an armed employee of the new management company. It's all too private to be showcased earlier. Popcorn will be served in the back, and the after party will be held in the pool. We might as well get some use out of it since we're all paying for it and only 50 people get passes every year.

    1. Forget the armed guard for the glass case, maybe the Board of Directors should hire armed guards for their protection since Jill has the police involved for the harrasement.

      Let the Shareholders call the Police and file a complaint of harrassement and threats from our current board, soon to be known as the EX-BOARD.

    1. Has everyone looked at the Mud Pool. When will this pool be finished? How much is the Pool Costing us? Notice the new tables and new chairs, especially the first table, which we all know is THE RESERVED TABLE FOR JILL'S BEST FRIENDS.

      I hear the "Y" on Little Neck Parkway is allowing new pool memberships this weekend. They have a Pool, Food Concession Area and Paddle Ball Courts and other activities. Maybe we could get a Valerie Arms Discount???

  4. Forensic accountant? HA!

    Board Minutes from March just posted in the coop (it is the end of May): claim forensic accountant waiting for 2011 audit to be completed.

    Paying to have forensic accountant redo 2011 audit: proof of cover-up, corruption.

    Remove Schachter, Nelson, Rothkin, Warford and Spiegel from office on June 19.

    Peter Mesos (the forger) pet accountant Jules Simon fired in 2011: Mesos knows end is near, will be sure 2011 books show what they are supposed to.

    Mesos: admitted forger. Who trusts records kept by a forger?

    Forensic accountant: Look at 2009, 2008, 2001, 1995, 1990 -- any other time before Mesos (the forger) knew the end was near?

    1. Don't forget that Jill Schachter and the Board paid another accountant to do nothing last year.

      Marin & Montany was fired by Jill -- and I would bet that it was because of that letter Marc Ullman sent around where the firm told the Board that it would be in breach of its fiduciary duties if it didn't fire Peter Mesos.

      I would like to know how much money Jill threw away when she wouldn't let this firm do our audit. Was it $5,000? $10,000? More? I know that Jill will say the answer is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, but I'n going to ask her anyway when next weekend.

  5. To all take a very careful look at the notice by the elevators from the BOARD OF DIRECTORS. They write " they will be available to answer any questions or concerns about our community" (I questions what community)

    we want answers to our questions? They want you to feel comfortable as to who to support? You need your HEAD EXAMINED if you VOTE FOR THIS CURRENT BOARD!

    They want you to voice your feelings? Haven't the shareholders been voicing their feelings and issues for the last year with the answer that you always get IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS>

    Again go get your cookies and refreshments that Jill and the Board will supply for you (AGain you the SHAREHOLDER IS PAYING FOR THIS) and....

    Go speak with Adam Grynberg, Michael Ciotta, and Jasmine Melendez, the three professional candidates that should be your new BOARD!!

  6. Lets all remember, Jill moto "IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS".

    It maybe not our business, but it is now the business of the Attorney General's Office and it is now the business of the NYS Senator's Office and soon it will be the business of every Board Member for every other building that Vision Enterprises and Peter Mesos's manages.

    I am no lawyer, but I have just spent many hours talking, researching, preparing letters and documents for the Attorney General's office and the NYS Senator's Office.

    To all the shareholders, are you as tired as I am of being ripped off by Vision Enterprises and Peter Mesos and harrased and threatened by our Board. If the answer is YES, then take the time out and make the calls to the Attorney General's Office and our Senator's Office and you will be very surprised what can truly be done to help us.

    All in due time, and it will all stop !!!!!!!!!

    Damage to walls; mud everywhere.

    What cost? (NONE OF OUR BUSINESS).

    Huge mud pile and dirty standing water in deep end of pool and in trench by the stairs: Be very concerned about mosquitoes.

  8. Maybe Treasurer Alicia Spiegel can take some from her busy schedule preying on our seniors and signing blank checks for Jill Schachter (does Bayer Healthcare know exactly how much time she spends at the Valerie instead of working?) and GIVE US OUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

    Treasurer Speigel: WHERE ARE OUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS?????? HOW MUCH MONEY ARE YOU SPENDING ON THE PILE OF MUD IN THE POOL????

    Nobody is interested in your finger pointing at Marc Ullman and Harvey Berman and sending out illegal proxies . . . you have a job to do and you are FAILING TO DO IT.

  9. Please note the below ad that I found. How did this happen?? According to HOUSE RULES there are no OPEN HOUSES in the VALERIE ARMS. Does this rule only apply to shareholders that ask questions and they are the ones to get fined? Does it apply to Jill's friends? Where was your security guard? Socializing with Shareholders? At a cookie Party? In the EMPLOYEE LOUNGE? Standing out side the security booth speaking with people instead of watching the cameras?

    2. I currently sublet my apartment and I always reviewed the rules. I have always had to turn away a tenant who says that they have a pet wether it is a cat a or a dog. According to the HOUSE RULES aboslutely no DOGS ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. Why is it allowed and how do those shareholders get away with it.

    3. There is NEVER anyone in the security booth during the day. Jack is either too busy running errands for Jill Schachter or hanging out with his "friends" to bother doing what we pay him to do.

      Remember that Jill also sent out a letter lecturing someone who asked why it was a Board priority to build a staff lounge that the real benefit to that project of her's was that the lounge was a convenient place for residents can find our staff rather than looking for them at their posts doing their jobs.

      Do you think that Jill Schachter's boss at Macys looks for her in the employee lounge?

      Our only hope is to get new people on the Board in June.

  10. It's pretty obvious that the House Rules apply only to owners who ask questions.

    Friends of Jill are not questioned when they park on our lot without the right tag, but "troublemakers" are harassed and fined.

    Contractors walk around the Coop all day without following the Board's security regulations but nothing happens. If a "troublemaker" didn't follow this regulation, how quickly would Jill run to call the police (like she threatens to in her Police State Security Regulations).

    We need to get a new Board that will treat everybody equally elected at the shareholder meeting. Adam Grynberg, Jasmine Melendez and Michael Ciotta need your vote -- it will be such a breath of fresh air to have a Board that care only about the Valerie and not about their personal agendas.

  12. I agree with Worried about the Valerie.

    You can never find a security person anymore. There is no one eve in the booth. Jack is to busy walking the building being a bodyguard for Jill's daughter or Jill.

    I would like to know why Jack has to watch a super change a lightbulb? Watch or help a Super with a hose or watch or help the super when he goes to someone's apartment. Apparently now it takes a minimum of 3 people to change a doorknob. One to work and 2 to watch.

    I have seen tenants in the building sitting in the lobby with dogs on their laps, and tenants in the elevators coming in or out of the building wandering with a dog. No one has ever been stopped and it is occurring more each day.

    I checked the HOUSE RULES READ NO DOGS PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING! Are these people being fined? Or it is okay because they are Jill's friends? Or if you are a shareholder that complained do you have to be afraid of getting fined?

    Vote for people who will treat you fairly. Vote for Adam, Michael, and Jasmine.

    We need a new board!

    To patpnt I am sure if you went ahead and reported the ex-president that you are aware of bringing a dog into the apartment you would probably be the one to get fine for seeing something and saying something and being accused of making a false accusation. However, the ex-president nothing would probably happen because it is most likely Jill's friend and she is probably after them for their VOTE!

    1. No the best is having Jack help make coffee for Jill's garden pool party last weekend.

      Jack is certainly not where he should be - he will either be with Jimmy's son Junior, protecting Jill and / or her daughter, hanging out with friends / relatives who live in the building, harrassing shareholders about the parking rules or new laundry rules, or in the staff lounge.

      Jack is never around to do his job - in the event of a robbery, rape, murder on Jack's shift, where will Jack be???

      Jack has made himself too comfortable as an EMPLOYEE in this building for many years.

    Using real estate agent who holds Open House: Agent obviously does not know/care about/or is exempt from House Rules.
